至於為何這兩款華碩機種發生這樣的問題？根據華碩的說法，由於這兩款手機均搭載高通
S865 處理器，而處理器的韌體出現臭蟲，造成 Widevine 從 L1 降到 L3。華碩指出，
如果用戶出現此狀況，必須聯繫華碩客服並將手機送回維修中心，看樣子似乎無法以
OTA 更新的方式修復。不過也有用戶表示，雖然他已經回維修中心將問題修復，但後來
此問題又重複出現，他必須再將手機送回處理。
如果你也擔心你手上的 ZF7 / ROG3 機種同樣中招的話，建議可以下載「DRM Info」App
檢查，安裝後打開 App，尋找下面「Widevine CDM」區塊中「Security Level」條目，若
顯示是「L1」代表沒有問題，若不是「L1」的話，那麼就踩到地雷了，趕緊聯繫華碩客服
吧。
