從加拿大帶ipad2 - MAC

本來決定要買ipad..回台灣買..因為台灣的ipad比較便宜.
但ipad2出來後..決定在這邊買再帶回去..
但有合小小問題請問一下...
在加拿大買的話..語言輸入系統方便轉換嗎..?
另外.我在這裡的頁而上看到.
買ipad2 wifi+3g.可以選擇要不要當地通訊業者的晶片
(加那晶片才多加0.2塊.)
網站上寫的是

但也可以選擇不加..
那意思是我可以不用買.然後回台灣後另外找通訊業者買sim卡嗎..?
因為如果不能用台灣的3g.那我就買有wifi的ipad
