回一下好了,反正有測。
如果只是補滿那兩個半片,基本上記憶體大約可以降兩度(跑 Time Spy)。
預設:

但把正面整組換掉,加上 PCB 背面熱區和背板中間的導熱墊也補上的話,降溫非常
明顯,而且是連 Hot Spot 和供電的溫度都會降。

記憶體和預設比差 10 度,Hot Spot 和 VRM 和預設比差 6 度。
所以雖然少那兩個半片是不好,也確實有差,但其實不太重要,88 的溫度不好看,
86 也沒有就好看到哪。這張的散熱真的要強化,還是要整個弄過。
看了 GN 的結果之後,感覺原配方案有問題的可能不只是兩個半片而已。
