【王郁倫╱台北報導】微軟Win 8銷量跛腳，業界傳出微軟將推出升級版本「Windows Blue
」，期望拉抬作業系統聲勢，預計今年底聖誕節旺季開賣，筆電跟7吋以上平板將同步搭載
，能否藉此挽回視窗作業系統頹勢，業界看法仍混亂。

Win 8去年10月底才剛發表，旋即因使用介面與過去差異過大，引發許多批評，雖微軟跟電
腦大廠強打行銷廣告，但筆電新上市銷量不如預期，市場傳出，微軟已經開發新「升級版」
修正改善Win 8版本的缺漏，強化優點。

針對7~10吋平板開發

筆電廠透露，Windows Blue其實可視作微軟Win 8的「Service Pack」（補充升級包），補
強一些缺失並稍做改善，目前硬體廠商都還無法看到完整版Blue的面貌，所看到的測試版也
只是Blue的鳳毛麟角，雖微軟自信Blue效能更強，但業者認為消費者是否買單或感受得到；
而消費者最關心的「Start」初始鍵在Blue版本中仍沒有調整現身。

業者認為，由於此次補充包改動幅度比較大，微軟將Windows Blue當作Win 8跟下一代作業
系統之間的中期版本，預計今年第4季開賣，第3季就會釋出最終版本交給品牌廠量產搭載。

外電陸續臆測，Windows Blue是微軟針對7~10吋平板開發的新版本作業系統，期望搶吃超過
60%市佔率的7吋平板市場。Creative Strategies研究機構分析師Ben Bajarin表示，
Windows Blue可望讓7~10吋平板價格更便宜，軟體售價可望降至50~60美元（折合1500~1800
元台幣），使平板價格降至199~349美元（5970~1.04萬元台幣），要跟Android陣營低價平
板對打。

台廠供應鏈說，微軟無具體告知要搶吃低價市場，但因消息不明朗，能否挽回市佔難測。業
者說：「聽到Blue這個名字心情就Blue（憂鬱）」。
