各位板友下午好
想請教一下各位有沒有再德誼購買電源線的經驗
本人在今年六月時購買一條I5電源線
店員說有全省一年保固
結果就在今天我的電源線宣告死亡
興沖沖的跑去高雄巨蛋德誼(之前在中和買的)
結果她說:
如果要使用保固必須先付315元檢測費用
確認是否是人為使用疏失還是線體問題
而且你看你的線有摺痕還有破損
我覺得一定是你使用不當啦
這個315元就是檢測費
必須送回原廠檢測
若是線體問題我們會退錢給您
若不是可能就是麻煩您自行吸收並在購買一條

所以我想請問一下遇到這樣的是正常的嗎 T^T
