德誼預購遲未到貨(IPhone Xs 256G太空灰) - iOS

問題描述：
大家好
小弟朋友在9/27到台中Sogo的德誼預購了一支IPhone Xs 256G太空灰 (錢已付清)
當時雖然店員有告知到貨時間不定, 但因想說Xs應不會大缺貨所以並不太在意
But…就一直到現在都還沒到貨…
期間有一直打電話去問到貨狀況, 但店員也只是一律回說還沒到…
目前官網上看已經是隔天可以到貨了, 不確定為什麼德誼一直調不到貨!?
請問有什麼方法可以push德誼加快到貨嗎?
或是不是可以要求店家直接退款?(當時預購有口頭告知無法退貨)
