怎麼TRACK BACK? - 部落格

偶而會引用別人的文章內容
也都會COPY TRACK BACK URL
但是 往往都沒有真的TRACK BACK回去
也就是對方並沒有收到我的引用通知

請問是要鑲刊什麼語法嗎?
