想在活動頁面上傳照片，但沒看見相機圖示 - Google

最近參加了一個活動，需要在G+的活動頁面上上傳照片
不過進去活動頁面之後，在發表感想的那欄空位旁邊
沒看見有相機圖示可以點進去上傳
問了一下朋友，他說要用chrome瀏覽器再登入
但是用了一樣的方法也還是沒出現可以上傳的圖示
請問有人知道該怎麼做嗎?
