送修地點: 高雄特約維修中心 燦坤自由店 (就是剛搬過去那間)
機子狀況: 拿到的整新機 對方聽不到我的聲音....(比舊的機子還慘)
燦坤剛剛打來告知 說我的手機在外面修過!!! (wtf)
目前已跟蘋果客服聯絡...
客服人員說要聯絡燦坤看看詳細情況
看來又是要長期抗戰.....
沒想到我也遇到了
心情超差的
這個情況板上也有發生過..... 而且感覺越來越頻繁
消費者完全沒有辦法預防
目前還沒有一個完善的解決方式
如果客服到時候回個電話說不行 就只能硬吞下去了嗎?
我想問一下!! 有人會拿到整新機第一天
就去給外面的人維修嗎?
一間公司連這樣基本的邏輯判斷能力都沒有嗎?
