八月在momo買了隻福利機
前些日子出了些問題寄回供應商保內維修
到如今已三週未回,已是週末看來要繼續等到第四週了
請問這樣的處理速度是合理的嗎?
客服有在2週時通知還在處理中
應該是不會被賴掉(吧),只是一直用備用機心情很差
板上大大有沒有在產業內的或是對維修的生態稍有了解?不理解為什麼要拖這麼久
