按一下關機鍵就跳選項 - MAC

最近把MBP升到El Captian(之前好像是…Lion…吧?(汗))
要關機的時候之前都可以按一下關機鍵就跳關機選項
但是現在要按1.5秒才會出來，這個有辦法設定嗎qq?
另外一問
本來的keyremap4macbook升級成karabiner開啟後
按鍵都沒辦法……呃，「即時」連發
例如在看bbs文章的時候，之前只要按著上，他就開始上上上上上一篇文章地跑
但是現在要隔大概一秒才會開始上上上上上這樣…
也想問大家這個有辦法設定嗎
