振華發佈採用雙晶順向式架構的代工方案 - 3C

常見的振華電供一次側幾乎都是採用設計難度相對較高的LLC架構(@Leadex)
近期則是發佈要打低價位市場的雙晶順向式架構(80+銅牌),瓦數從400W到850W皆有提供
400/450/500/550/600/650/700/750/800/850W
(750/800/850W確定會有半模組化設計)
目前的450W產品預計會在2017年Q1~Q2見到,此方案會在振華代工的電供見到
主元件表:
PWM & PFC主控IC:Fairchild 4800
開關晶體:Infineon High Performance PWM & PFC MOSFET
繼電器:Fujitsu Relay(第一次在雙晶順向式架構採用)
STMicroelectronics Fast Recovery Diode(速復二極體)
Taiwan Mospec(台灣統懋) Low VF Schottky(蕭特基二極體)
Taiwan Teapo(台灣至寶) High Voltage 105℃ Capacitors(電容)
