接地散熱太好，焊不上去 - 3D列印

大家好，如標題所說
我自己洗的電路板
我看一般教學是建議接地滿板鋪銅
散熱效率會比較好
但是我現在就面臨接地的腳位焊不太上去
銲錫吃不太到表面，很容易掉或是沒吃好
想請問這方面該如何調整，還是乾脆接地不要鋪銅？
