剛剛看ptt 上面地回應我再補充幾點
1.45度是溶劑的反應溫度,溶劑反應後石墨烯會產生熱鍵結
2.本膏沒有使用矽油,高分子油再反覆高溫會釋出低密度矽,也就是乾裂,且矽在半導體
廠與板廠都禁用,矽會毒化鉑金,如果需要貼合的部分只要有矽沾附很難清潔,良率會出
大問題。
3.石墨烯是已知材料中熱阻最低的,且微觀情況下,石墨烯有很多特性都是氧化鋁、氮化
鋁的材料特性所無法比擬的,但為何導熱只有13,而不是單層石墨烯的5000,石墨烯在二
維傳導是5000,層與層的傳遞會降低,且中間還有混入油脂,讓石墨烯能聚合,所以導
熱程度會大幅降低。
4.劉老闆不是我的小弟也不是員工,我這邊也有跟他講過了我的經營理念,產品有問題我
就不會賣,我們會針對這幾起問題點來分析,至於之前的情緒發言,我在這說聲抱歉。

所言甚是,石墨烯是我的研究所論文
經過反覆的測試,與提供眾多樣品
有聽了許多建議,為了與市場拉出區隔
所以選了高端產品來當施力點
礙於物理限制,粉體重量百分比多,就會非常乾澀難塗
所以我用了非常高的粉體比重,加上非常貼近飽和程度的溶劑,讓導熱膏可以塗抹
但相對的,也犧牲了,使用者體驗
如果重新調劑,也是可以做出好塗的
但導熱係數也會下降,這讓我很難權重。

我研究所的時候論文就是拿AS5與MX4 當標的在測試,所以會輸MX4 這點我不能理解。

忘了重點,發文的樓主,我原價買回此膏,並用此膏體來測試溫度,這是一個大家比較能
接受的解決方案。
