整新機送出之前真的會檢查嗎? - iOS

我的iPhone5保固到12/20,從上個月開始電池有問題,會剩20%就到10%然後關機
上星期二去台灣大哥大續約換低資費,店長說iPhone一年保固內是可以換機
換的是"新機",在iPhone出廠前Apple會多出一成的新機讓消費者更換
這是店長他去受訓得到的知識,但是這些"新機"是沒有包裝的,所以運送中可能外觀有損
聽到如此我隔天星期三就拿去(我現在才知道這些是整新機並非店長說的全新)
到晚上我才拿到手機,sim卡裝進去卻沒有網路設定.以為是店內收不到
所以用了他們的wifi. 回家才發現是3g收不到(上面有顯示3g但卻無法用)
打去台灣大哥大客服他教我重置網路設定,重開機之後還是無法, 只有wifi可以用
我覺得很困惑的是為何才拿到就不能用,難道送出去之前工程師沒有檢查過嗎?
有人剛拿到整新機就是有問題的嗎?
還有台灣大哥大的店長說的是正確的嗎?因為跟板上還有朋友說的完全不同
明天想再拿去台灣大哥大,但是這一送去保固就過了,很怕又拿到有問題的然後就不能換
想順便問大家如果自己拿去修3G這樣費用會很高嗎?
真的超後悔拿去換的...然後還要等上一星期才可以拿到,這期間又沒有手機可以用
(很想怪店長跟我說是新的,但想想是自己太蠢為何不先來爬文...唉)
