新安裝win10後UPS監控程式問題 - Windows

是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：
12/28日 新購入、安裝win10之後，於UPS通用的監控程式ViewPower，
發現只會撈到開啟程式後的第一筆資料，之後就持續跳針更新一模一樣的資料，
請參考附圖 - 市電不可能這麼穩(誤)

這隻程式使用到java和flash，帳戶是管理權限、UAC是關的，
win defender預設關大概是因為我有裝comodo firewall freee/bitdefender free，
因為第一筆資料還能正確撈到，以ViewPower內建連接測試也是通過狀態，
comodo也已設viewpower.exe為信任程式，現在苦無方向嘗試中，
希望大家多多幫忙猜測、提供一下意見，謝謝!
