新機瑕疵換全新？單機？ - iOS

事情是這樣的
前天到遠傳直營門市續了一隻I6 plus
客服說沒有現貨，他隔天去資展要順便幫我拿一隻，要我先付款
昨天我到門市拿手機時，他開盒後拿手機讓我檢查，結果我發現手機旁邊有掉漆、聽筒旁邊有很大的縫隙，於是我就要求換新的
但他跟我說他幫我拿去維修回來後，手機序號跟盒子序號會不同，意思是只能換單機，不能換全新
想請問遇到這樣是真的像他說的，還是其實是可以換全新的？
P. S. 客服態度真的很差…
