新硬碟疑似壞軌-急!! 事關保固換新 - 儲存設備

因為今天就是剛買硬碟30天的黃金最後換新期

(可以跟通路直接換新的黃金期)

又恰巧遇到期中考最忙碌沒時間的時候...

所以我很急著要確定這到底是什麼情況??

懇請有能力有時間的大大幫我看一下到底是怎麼了><???

因為我昨天電腦開機時突然跳出CHKDSK掃描

我不知道是否有關

不過因為我不放心 我就跑了一下HD TUNE

結果出現這張圖

到處都是紅紅黃黃的

但我的S.M.A.R.T 沒有出現任何黃色錯誤(一切顯示良好/所有值幾乎都0)

然後我利用半夜的時間跑了七個多小時的 HDD Regenerator (開機DOS模式)

結果掃不到任何壞軌

最後我用了WDD life tool(官方工具)去掃

快速測試 通過

延伸測試 通過

麻煩好心人士 板上的神人大大們

盡快幫我解釋一下這是什麼情況好嗎??

為什麼HDD TUNE會讀出那樣的圖片??

但是其他任何掃描工具卻都掃不出任何錯誤

我應該趕快把所有資料挪出銷毀 去換新硬碟回來嗎?

依照購買通路的規定: 30天內硬碟故障是直接換新 (就不用跑RMA或跑去聯強....)

但我看不懂這樣到底是有故障沒故障啊

然後據我所知 WD的官方規定好像是如果官方工具沒掃出錯誤

SMART數據正常是不能RMA的對嗎?
