家裡新買一台電腦 要灌OS

連藍色畫面都還沒進去

就跑出

File \sxp3\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded

The error code is 3072

Setup cannot continue. Press key to exit

試另外的光碟 則是停在verifing pool data 那邊就不會動了

各位大大幫幫忙 告訴我是怎麼了 該如何解決
