更新IOS 14之後螢幕突然變暗 - iOS

機型：IPHONE XS
系統版本：(設定→一般→關於本機→版本) IOS 14.0
問題描述：
之前13時都沒發生過這個問題
但14之後時不時的螢幕會突然變暗
且都是在一樣的光線環境下
打開螢幕亮度顯示那邊是卡在中間的正常值
但實際螢幕亮度大概是最低
且手動把螢幕亮度那條再拉高後 也沒有變亮
等大概15分鐘後重新打開螢幕才恢復正常
想問這種情況除了等待以外還有其他解法嗎
