更新OS X 10.10.3 .後，只能進Windows - MAC

我是mbpr 13,有boot camp裝win 8
平常開機都直接進Windows

但凌晨在MAC下按更新10.10.3
因檔案很大，所以就放著跑而去睡了

一早起來，已在Windows的登入畫面

但……
重開機後，按option 無法選擇開機磁碟
只會直接進入Windows

請問是那個步驟沒做好嗎
