更新到ios12後連不上itunes - iOS

機型：iphone 7plus / iphone X
iOS版本：12.0
問題描述：
入手了iphoneX後想回復備份
但電腦(mac)跳出說版本太老舊要更新
於是把兩隻手機跟電腦都更新了
但手機更新後連上電腦itunes就沒反應
請問有人遇過這種狀況嗎？該怎麼辦啊...
更新
不知道怎麼回覆留言只好這樣了..
我都有更新到最新版了，google過後發現只有人在beta版有這個問題而已...
還是直接拿著手機去蘋果電求救嗎？
