更新後收不到任何通知 - iOS

系統版本：iOS 13.3
問題描述：
之前更新後完全收不到通知。Messenger、LINE、臉書、IG、新聞等等都一樣，非常不方便
設定重置過，完全沒用。也確認過，沒有打開勿擾模式，通知設定也都有開。
不知道是不是有其他人有相同問題？
