朋友升級電腦，結果畫面反而卡頓.. - 顯卡

朋友在過年期間，有點閒錢升級了電腦，配備如下
CPU：E3-1231 V3
MB：Asus H97 PLUS
RAM：16G
VGA：MSI 970 Gaming 100ME
PSU：全漢 金鈦極S 550W
而我本身的配備做為比對
除了CPU為E3-1230 V2，MB為ASUS P8H77M-PRO其餘皆相同
在進行AVA時朋友說會有卡頓的狀況
並且開啟後燃器查看GPU使用率只有20%左右(我的部分為60%)
其餘遊戲設定皆相同，實在找不出原因，懇請各位大大還有哪些部分需要檢查呢?
