末日博士：比特幣是巨大騙局 基本價值為負數
曾準確預測2008年金融海嘯、有「末日博士」之稱的紐約大學經濟學教授魯比尼（
Nouriel Roubini）近期出席在瑞士蘇黎世舉行的CoinGeek大會時痛批，比特幣的基本價值
不是零，而是負數，比特幣不僅是場泡沫，還是1個巨大的騙局。
杜拜《海灣時報》報導，魯比尼表示，加密貨幣不是貨幣，因為它們缺乏貨幣的特徵，「
我參加了許多加密貨幣大會，但基本上人們用美元或瑞士法郎註冊進場，而非使用比特幣
」。
魯比尼重申了他的長期觀點，即比特幣被錯誤描繪為價值儲存工具，「看看最近1個月發
生的事情，比特幣在4月達到歷史新高的6.4萬美元，然後過了幾週，比特幣就跌到接近3
萬美元。比特幣甚至不是避險手段，人們說在全球股市表現不佳之際，比特幣是表現良好
的非相關資產，這絕對不是真的」。
魯比尼指出，包括商品、服務、金融資產在內，沒有任何東西是以比特幣定價，這不僅是
因為人們不願意這樣做，還是因為比特幣存在缺陷，因為某種東西要成為記帳單位，必須
具有1個穩定的價值。
魯比尼認為，比特幣存在明顯的技術缺陷，且比特幣既沒有被廣泛採用，也不是1種可擴
展的支付方式。
