講到Antec的PSU,直覺想到自家頂級HCP系列 如HCP850 HCP1300這兩顆評價很高的PSU
HCP是由台達代工,旗艦產品裡面用料滿滿自然不在話下,實測各項表現也很優
Neo ECO系列從早期海韻代工,換成台達代工,架構使用目前的主流雙開關順向式
再加上DC/DC穩壓模組,全日系電容,以定位在入門款的Neo ECO來說,頗有誠意
內容物,PSU本體及電源線,再加漏拍的螺絲及說明書

付的線材是I-Sheng VCTF 3G 1.25mm,2P日規接頭但有另外接地線

SPEC:3.3V 20A 5V 20A 合並120W;12V 35A*2合並648W;5V的輸出略嫌小了點

線長,24PIN約54cm,CPU12V約58cm PCIe 12V約54cm,第兩截約可到60cm
PCIe的線材透過串接最多可以接到4張卡,不過就安全考量建議只接兩張就好

週邊線材最長可到約86cm,一共有大4pin*4,小4pin*1,SATA*5(刺破型*3)

風扇及導風片,使用悅惀油封12cm 12V 0.30A,透過溫控在低轉速下蠻安靜的

IEC輸入端,安規要求的Cx還是都有上;使用傳統開關,而非要要衝效率的電子開關

背面,不得不說台達的製程很先進,焊點乾淨漂亮外,自動化的比率也很高

輸入端的EMI部分,橋整用兩顆GBU806並聯,再加上頗大顆的散熱片,提供最大16A

輸入端的背面放了一顆X電容的放電IC CAP004DG,用來提高效率用

PFC的MOS使用TOSHIBA的產品,不過被電容擋住了看不出型號@@

5Vsb 用PWM IC TNY279PG,用IC來作5Vsb一樣可以提高效率

一次測,功率變壓器,旁邊那顆小的大慨是補償用(不確定)

雙開關順向式的MOS,使用兩顆TOSHIBA TK20E60U,用好一點的MOS應該就不只銅牌

二次測的蕭特基二極體使用五顆ST STPS40M100CT 20A*2 Vf=0.42V

一兩次測中間的光耦合使用EVERLIGHT EL816*3,導熱貼布下是ZD,大慨是APFC線路用

輸出端,過了儲能電感後就兵分三路,兩路獨立12V,一路再用DC/DC轉成3.3V5V
看版上預留的空間,在猜這也許可以作成四路12V,不過我沒有很仔細的追線路

輸出保護IC用使DWA106 N161,找不太到這顆的資料@@
旁邊的絲印來看,NeoECO II與VPF650共用PCB,只是VPF650W是用更好的玻璃纖維板

輸出電容,DELTA用的電容就很雜了,有Rubycon ZLH/NCC KY KZH/ Nichicon LF等等
輸出的線材在接點上先用接頭連接,作起來就乾淨漂亮又不需要人工包熱縮套絕緣

中間黑色的那塊可能是當作跳線或補強電流用,作成SMD可以省一點人工
SMD化可以提高良率也可以降低人工的成本,台達的製程真的蠻有一套,焊點很漂亮

大致上來說,這顆的優點在於用料在水準之上,DC/DC架構可以避免壓降,價錢有優勢
缺點在於5V輸出較低,線材串接太多會影響電力品質及安全性
但考量到這顆的定位與整體品質來看,算是CP高且頗有競爭力的產品
這是這顆PSU的初步介紹,很不幸的顯卡掛了,所以測試的部分要之後再補了
雖然自己還沒測,但就google到的一些資料來說,這顆的輸出品質也算不錯了
