檔案只有終端機模式才能看到 - MAC

我的外接硬碟裡面有以下檔案

drwxrwxrwx 4 hc1034 staff 252 12 8 03:21 TEMP2
drwxrwxrwx 4 hc1034 staff 252 12 8 03:21 TEMP3
drwxrwxrwx 41 hc1034 staff 2583 12 7 10:44 TEMP4
drwxrwxrwx 4 hc1034 staff 252 12 8 03:21 Temp
drwxrwxrwx 7 hc1034 staff 441 12 8 08:45 未命名檔案夾

可是用finder只能看到其中的Temp 這個資料夾
我需要刪掉TEMP2 TEMP3 TEMP4這三個資料夾
但沒辦法刪除

連更名都沒辦法

Password:
mv: rename TEMP2 to temp999: Input/output error

chflags也沒用
chflags: TEMP2/$TxfLog: No such file or directory

請問一下我該怎樣才能把它殺掉QQ
