比特幣交易原理疑問 - 數位貨幣

小弟在一篇法學論文上看到一段文字如下：
「when bitcoins are transferred from one public bitcoin address to another, th
e transferee acquires a separate private cryptographic key altogether.」
有點困惑為什麼接受比特幣的一方會獲得一個分開的私鑰？

想請問一下這部分是指什麼意思，在我的理解中接受比特幣的一方用同一個地址要花比特
幣的時候用來簽署交易的一直都是同一串私鑰，所以不太理解為什麼收幣的時候會另外獲
得一串私鑰。
