求救!ZF3充電充不進去 - 手機討論

各位鄉民新年快樂，哥買給老婆用的ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL)今天好像接任務了
充電充不進去，顯示電池過熱，出現警示說請確認是否使用原廠充電器
就是使用原廠充電器還會這樣，有試過重開機或用其他充電器都沒用
爬文也沒找到相關可用資訊，上網查皇家俱樂部要2/2才上班
電力剩下不到40趴，要撐到2/2有點難，有沒有什麼辦法可以解決?
拜託各位大大了
