沒有改過螢幕密碼卻一直輸入失敗 - iOS

我確定問問題前我有爬過文、查閱過精華區與置底，我真的找不到我問題的解答。

就在剛剛我要用手機的時候指紋感應不到
就用了六位密碼輸入 手機一直說我輸入錯誤
可是密碼我沒有改過啊
這樣的情況該怎麼辦？
有人遇過一樣的問題嗎？
現在情況是一直輸入錯誤連Touch ID都不讓我用了
常用的密碼我都用過了
好怕下一次輸入會鎖超過一天
