清除快取的APP - 手機討論

小弟我上一支手機是zenfone3，
因為很滿意所以這次換手機選擇了zenfone pro max(3g/32g)，
但除了充電孔不是type c、介面不是zen ui之外，
最讓人不習慣的就是無法繼續使用zen ui的智慧管家，
使得沒有一個好的app可以清理快取，手機因此容易變的很當。
想請問版上有沒有推薦類似asus內建的智慧管家那樣清理快取比較方便的app?
(拜託不要推薦什麼獵豹那種裝了會變更當的，已經受害過一次了QQ)

原PO應該是要清ROM的cache file 一堆人推重開是怎樣 又不是要釋放RAM XDDDD

清快取系統本身的設定裡就有這功能了華碩5.0有工作管理員可以清記憶體好用6.0以後好像就沒有了
