無效的安全憑證網站 - Linux

我連線到 https://www.scientificlinux.org/ Firefox 卻總是說

www.scientificlinux.org 用了無效的安全憑證。
該憑證未受信任，因為簽發者憑證未知。
(錯誤碼: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

下面還有兩個說明：

* 可能是伺服器上的組態設定造成的，或是有人嘗試假造該伺服器。
* 若你以前可以與該伺服器正常連線，那麼這個錯誤可能只是暫時的，
你可以稍後再試試看。

請問這個問題的解決方法，該從何開始呢？是打電話給寬頻業者嗎？
