無法使用 ntpdate 網路校時 - Linux

請教一個問題，在 CentOS 5.3 上無法使用 ntpdate 網路校時

[root@localhost ~]# /usr/sbin/ntpdate time.stdtime.gov.tw
24 Jun 16:14:21 ntpdate[26525]: poll(): nfound = 0, error: No such file or
directory
24 Jun 16:15:21 ntpdate[26525]: poll(): nfound = 0, error: No such file or

一直出現同樣的訊息，請教這是什麼問題造成的呢？謝謝。
