無法灌回XP - Windows

我的情形是,想從vista灌回XP...

以前想直接從vista灌回XP就會出現以下藍色畫面


A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent
damage to your computer.

If his is he first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer.

If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives
or hard drive controllers check yor hard drive to make sure it is properly
configured and terminated.


爬文後,聽說微軟會檔vista灌回XP 我以為是因為這樣的問題

所以我直接把硬碟拆出來接外接盒 在別台電腦把它format掉了

但是現在還是一樣,在進到格式化畫面前,就又出現一樣的blue screen death



我覺得怪怪的 所以就和朋友借另外一片XP光碟

但是這次連這個訊息都沒有跑

只默默的出現幾行字

"NTLDR is missing..

press ctrl + shift + del to restart"



請問一下 這個狀況要怎麼克服呢?
