無法複製檔案 - Windows

發生問題頻率：最近

是否有做Windows Update：有時

問題內容：

最近電腦開機出S.M.A.R.T. disk is bad
按F1 resume 的字樣

今天要從電腦複製檔案到外接硬碟時間要很久 X分~1XX分

最後出現 "無法複製MS-DOS功能無效 or I/O裝置錯誤"

電腦硬碟壞了嗎?
