無言的撼訊客服 - 顯卡

事情是這樣:
我於3月底購買了撼訊的6770二代旋風扇,
結果到今年5月底之後開始出現破圖(LOL)的現象,
一開始以為是遊戲問題,結果暑假開始玩真三六猛之後發現不只破圖還會霧化。
趕緊於8/2號送修,過了一個禮拜客服打來說已於8/9號用掛號寄出。
到了今天還是沒消沒息,於是我又打去問客服,結果客服大嬸一直跟我要S/N
(我照原盒寄出當然沒有記)
之後好不容易查到了,客服說他們已經寄出了,
應該是郵局問題,於是我說你們查清楚再打給我,不然很浪費電話錢。
他回我"再見。"然後掛我電話
(好像覺得我很摳,但這完全是FU的問題,
你賣的產品有問題我花時間金錢寄回去送修還要自己打電話問?)
之後過了15分鐘還是沒消息,於是我又打過去,這下可好,總機下班了。
撼訊網頁非常精美的沒有任何分機號碼,然後他X的電腦語音一直叫我打分機號碼?
於是我GOOGLE,得到分機370。打進去一個先生說這裡不是維修部,要幫我轉。
之後連轉了三個男生(殺小?),又回到維修部大嬸,
他跟我說不好意思他們把顯卡寄去桃園了(我之前的地址),
他剛跟郵局橋好了,我的顯卡禮拜五會到(8/17)
很好笑,我新的郵件單上面清楚寫著我現在的聯絡地址跟電話,
不確定的話不能打個電話問我再寄嗎?
我這樣跟她說之後,她還是回我不好意思(一開始還想賴郵局)
最後我火大了說你們客服怎麼是這樣做的?
寄錯件又延誤了整整快一週,就給客人四個字?
之後他還是回我不好意思,我火大就掛他電話了。
原來這年頭做客服只要會說不好意思就好,真的是該筆記一下。
