硬碟喀喀聲很大但可以使用 能送修嗎? - 儲存設備

硬碟是Toshiba的3TB MD03ACA300V

於去年2月購買，在保固內但已超過一年


症狀是使用時會發出很明顯的喀喀聲，

硬碟產生的震動也比其他顆來的大，

寫入時會更加明顯


依據自己薄弱的經驗，應該是讀取頭出問題了

不過現在硬碟讀取寫入都還可以正常使用，

這樣能夠送修嗎？


又我在富基電通上查詢Toshiba的內接硬碟保固，

似乎是超過1年後都送原廠，並且要收315，

這個資訊是沒錯的嗎？
