如果手機剛好有問題想貼錢換新機,請務必讓你的手機造成意外,
導致無法做維修的情形,
例如很不幸的意外被20台大貨車碾過之類,造成全毀導致不能修理才可以貼錢換新機。
經歷:
剛好於104年買了一隻神腦保固的手機,
當時門市的服務人員也說明"任何人損造成的問題都能免費維修。"
消費者沒有合約書,一切保固內容會建檔於神腦系統中。
105年保固期間,陸續做了幾次維修,試問大家一隻手機維修了幾次會受不了?
105年11月底剛好在保固期限到期之前,
想說手機有鈦金保固,順便要求更換背板跟邊框。
這時候維修人員表示,鈦金保固沒有保固外表,
只針對人為損壞造成機版、觸控螢幕以及內部零件
"使手機無法正常使用"的情況下才有做保固……
這時候才驚覺上當,當然也同時反應:
手機要怎麼摔才會讓外觀沒壞掉,裡面會壞掉?
而且當時的銷售人員也沒確實告知,只是用很簡易的行銷話術帶過。
接著12/16整整過了半個多月才通知領手機,
結果一到門市領手機,手機馬上就不能開機,
再立即由門市人員將手機返回維修。(完全不知道長達半個月的維修是在修什麼)
後續直到12/27等於整整一個月才拿到手機,
身為台灣最大的手機代理商,這樣的服務品質真的很有問題。
當然,以手機維修衰事重重的經過,
我主張請神腦履行鈦金保固的合約內容,
換他款相當規格的手機,或者補差額換其他手機,
期間一再的被神腦公司敷衍,神腦從頭到尾只給三個回覆:
1.手機殘值剩2000多回收(甚至第二次回覆只剩1600)
2.換同型號手機無保固
3.現有手機延長保固三個月
想當然爾,我都無法接受。
後續維修工程師表示會持續爭取,從12/27手機領回至今整整一個40多天,
結果給的答案仍然一樣,只能當初回覆三選一。
期間維修人員不斷的用各種理由迂迴,包含:
1.手機送修期間已經過保(105.12.10)
2.手機的問題應該由原廠出來處理,不是由神腦公司處理
3.鈦金保固只針對
“不能修”的手機才能換新機,
“修不好”的手機,只是維修品質出問題,只能不斷的檢測、送修。
4.鈦金保險跟神腦是不同公司,不是神腦的內部問題,神腦無法介入解決
5.我手機送修前,鈦金保固就過保(工程師回覆完全跳針)
針對上述第二點的部分,連中華電信的客服及部分神腦人員
都無法分辨出"修不好"及"不能修"的差別。
我所表達的意思很簡單,不管是哪一種因素,都是讓我不能正常使用手機,
而且也照正常管道送修仍未改善。
對於當初銷售窗口以及後續送修的維修部門回應,
我真的強烈認為神腦在行銷上有詐欺嫌疑。
原來這就是所謂神腦的鈦金保固以及服務品質。
期間我反問工程師,
那是不是以後要用到鈦金保固的部分就要讓手機出意外造成不可修復的程度?
工程師只回應基於職業道德不予置評。(這樣的回應相信大家都懂了)
而且神腦公司也擺明,只提供這樣的回覆,要或不要隨便你的態度。
結論:
如果有買鈦金保固又剛好有需求換新機的人,只有一種條件:
