筆電的主硬碟更換 - 儲存設備

各位前輩好
小弟的筆電用了約兩年半
最近開機很不順 有時還開不了機(搭Win7)
用HD Tune掃出幾個壞區塊了
硬碟似乎該換了
想請教前輩 目前市面上 1TB的硬碟 哪牌 哪個型號 比較穩定?
(預算約3000上下 越低越好 若有極推薦機種可超過一些沒關係
穩定性要好不要常壞 效能其次 或是穩定性相同補個幾百元買效能亦可接受)
小弟也查了固態混合硬碟
原理是把SSD的部分當快取
印象中一般SSD的記憶體是有寫入次數限制的 寫太多次就會無法寫入
如果混合硬碟的SSD部分用到壞掉了
是整顆壞掉無法繼續使用?
或是僅變成沒SSD快取的一般硬碟?
