筆電電池的保養問題 - MAC

上週剛買了MBP
由於是第一台筆電想好好保養 於是上各大網站爬了很多文章
好像一兩年前的機子到現在都發生了電池膨脹的問題
看著看著也有點擔心自己的電池使用方法是否正確..
我是參照某論壇的標題 " 循環次數1000次的小白 " 來使用
該篇文章原PO的使用方法
是將電池用至15%左右時插上電源繼續使用
等到100%時立即拔掉電源讓電池運作
再使用到15%左右時再如法炮製
在之前因為也有爬文看到說要常常讓電池運作 (也就是不要一直插著電源)
才能保持電池的健康度
所以我從買來到現在都參照上面方法使用
現在第五天循環次數已達 " 4次 " (這樣會太誇張嗎-.-?)
但昨天卻有同樣是使用MAC的朋友說他的電池就因為這樣使用而膨脹了
(朋友的MAC約08年初購入的小白)
他說他有上網看文章說平常在家使用時應該要讓電源線一直插著使用
這樣循環次數才會低 電池才會用的久 (官網說循環次數1000左右差不多可以換了)
這兩套方法各有各的道理...
網路上爬的文也兩方都有...
我到底該怎麼繼續使用我的電池呢-.-?
有人能回答我一下嗎? 最好能分享一下自己的經驗^^ 感謝^^
