維修電腦不開心...抱怨文(嘉義) - 3C

最近去林森西路，
靠近名佳美停車場附近的一家電腦賣場維修電腦，
電腦是我丈母娘的，會到大陸網站看影集，
電腦狀況是開機進入windows XP後，
會跳出記憶體容量不足，之後就出現"藍底白字"
狀況一:小姐說我是不是c槽的容量太小，
幫我檢測後，我C槽40G還剩15G，也還OK，
並表示將電腦留下來檢查有無壞軌
狀況二:隔兩天後，我老婆接到電話(男生的聲音)，
表示硬碟壞軌的很嚴重，看要不要馬上挑一顆硬碟，
並救壞軌那顆硬碟的資料(20G要600元，救更多要更多錢)，
我老婆不是很確定，想說回來查價查品牌看哪一顆比較好，
店家表示都差不多，只差在容量大小(這我覺得很奇怪!!!!)
但我老婆決定跟我討論後再做決定
狀況三:小弟自認略懂電腦，覺得硬碟並無異聲，
所以去領回的時候，買了一顆硬碟自己灌作業系統，
壞軌那顆讀資料看能讀到多少，結果資料都讀的到，
之後用CHKDSK C:去檢查每個槽，磁區都正常並無損壞...
那之前說的壞得很嚴重，是怎樣？？
難怪店家都越開越大間，
嘉義還有哪間值得信賴的電腦店家嗎?
