網頁問題 - 電腦

瀏覽網路一段時間後，

頁面就會如下面所顯示，

You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.

Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.

Contact your system administrator for further information.

過一段時間又會恢復正常，

就這樣一直反覆，

因為之前沒遇過這個問題，

是因為流量問題還是??

請教版上大大有沒有人知道的，

感恩。
