請問如圖中的亂碼問題有解嗎？

所有中文顯示都正常就單單這

裡的網頁表單選項是亂碼？

可以選的中文編碼都試過了

big5,big5 HKSCS,windows dos, utf-8

全都無解 ><" 真的是才疏學淺山窮水盡了
