目前行動裝置充電需求大增,越來越多使用者會注意挑選比較好的電源裝置,例如大輸出
Adapter與行動電源,但是往往忽略了USB傳輸線的重要性,因為傳輸線本身也會有阻抗,
當傳輸電流較大時,線路及接頭本身的電阻就會造成壓降,而當壓降較大時,
就會影響到裝置端的輸出電壓,進而影響到裝置的充電,若是壓降程度過大,
甚至會造成裝置停止充電,這也是使用者常會有疑問,為何用了大電流的Adapter或
行動電源,充電電流仍舊拉不起來?
為了改善壓降,有廠商推出充電強化線路,透過採用升級線路以及強化接頭,都是為了
要降低線路壓降,讓裝置可以獲得更充足的電力來進行充電,至於一般常見的線路,
是否也可以滿足低壓降的需求呢?以下是進行數款Micro USB線路在大電流下的壓降測試
測試方法:
1.使用電源與電子負載,用輸出5V以及恆定2A電流消耗來模擬裝置用電的情形,
並使用電表來量測被測USB線路輸入端以及輸出端的電壓,將其相減就可以得到線路
整體壓降,每條線會重複插拔數次(USB端與Micro USB端),並取其最高電壓值
2.同時測量線路總長度(包含兩端接頭),將總壓降除以長度就可以獲得此USB線路每公分
的壓降,每公分線路壓降越小,表示線路阻抗損失越小,品質也越佳
依照線路整體總壓降程度(灰色區塊,單位是V),從低排到高如下表:

結論:
1.測試時使用2A的電流,是為了模擬一般裝置以大電流充電時,所造成的最大程度壓降,
當電流降低時,其壓降也會減小
2.從表一排序可以得知,雖然線路長度越短,其壓降越小,但是不代表線路品質就越好,
而且短線可以應用的範圍受限
3.測試的線路中,LG原廠線有最小的每公分壓降,再來是docomo長線,
Promini紅色純銅扁線(長)也有不錯表現,所以說如果有大電流及長線使用需求,
可以依照表二,依照較低 的每公分壓降選擇適合長度的線路,讓長度與壓降取得平衡
4.因為會造成壓降的部分除了線路以外,插頭與插座也會,可以透過插拔USB/Micro USB
的方式,把插頭與插座接觸點部分的氧化物磨除,讓接觸更好,也可以降低整體阻抗
5.因為測量而串上的USB電壓電流測試裝置,也是會造成壓降的原因之一,
使用上需要注意這一點

結論:
1.測試時使用2A的電流,是為了模擬一般裝置以大電流充電時,所造成的最大程度壓降,
