各位好
一直以來都覺得滑鼠是消耗品,用不了多久就會壞
所以都是使用便宜的199、299元的滑鼠
壞了就直接扔了再買新的
偶然有機會使用朋友的MX518後覺得還滿好用的
所以就心一橫買下了對我而言有點貴的滑鼠 MX518
使用上沒什麼大問題
沒想到在使用了半年後就發生左鍵失靈的現象
如果是以前199的滑鼠我大概就扔了買新的
這隻滑鼠的金額沒辦法讓我輕易丟了它
看了官網之後發現有保固3年,所以就開始了送修之路
註冊了官網的帳號後回報問題(我是用e-mail聯絡)
隔天客服就回覆了幾個排除問題的方法
我照著嘗試還是沒辦法恢復,失靈現象依舊
所以就聯絡了客服說要維修
隔天客服又回覆了維修代碼和快遞的聯絡電話
要我自行和快遞聯絡時間,會到府收送
快遞收走之後過了一星期,滑鼠回來了
全新的MX518回來了,而且全程都沒有花到錢
整體而言,滑鼠壞了到修好回來的時間花不到十天
維修時間還算快速,客服人員也是很客氣沒有刁難
這讓第一次維修滑鼠的我,對羅技的保固感到很滿意
之後滑鼠壞了我大概還會使用他們家的產品吧~
小插曲:官網註冊帳號裡面的國家沒有台灣可以選...
結果我就亂選了一個...還好客服回覆的還是中文...
