在今年初的時候 我驚覺使用半年的MK250非常耗電
大概兩個禮拜就吃掉一組電池 所以就打電話送修
客服非常的客氣 但是快遞公司的態度就不太好了
送修一個禮拜後 就換成一組新的MK260
幾天後 就偶然聽到老爸說他的滑鼠右鍵壞掉了 想要再買新的
但是已經不記得是什麼時候買的 印象就是使用了好幾年了
型號是停產很久的EX100 所以我就想說 碰碰運氣 打去看還有沒有保固
對方查了一下就說還在保固內 因為停產 會換MK260給我
一個禮拜後果然就送來一組新的MK260 當下覺得揪甘心
兩次送修的經驗都很好 以後大概會繼續用羅技的產品吧
