鍵沒反應的問題，我們的回覆如下：
麻煩您提供以下兩張照片：
1. 請您在一張白紙上寫明本次事件編號<********>，然後將此白紙放在故障產品的P/N和
PID或S/N編號旁邊、，將其一併拍照。
2. 請處理產品銷毀。 銷毀過程中要自重安全。再次將此白紙放在故障產品旁邊一併拍照
（* 注意：銷毀羅技產品的過程請自重個人安全，造成任何的意外損失及傷害，我們
羅技將不承擔任何責任。）
再透過回覆郵件寄送給我們
請以JPG格式，并將每張照片控制在1mb內。照片內需要盡可能清晰的可以查看到事件編號
以及產品本身的PN和PID或S/N
