聯強送修心得 - 儲存設備

小弟手上有一顆希捷2.5吋250G硬碟，聯強代理的。
前兩天用的時候，電腦突然無法辨識，換了幾台電腦都一樣，
今天下午便送到聯強光華維修點。
到了以後抽號碼牌，等了一下下，
櫃臺內一個小姐說：「先生你要送修硬碟嗎？」
我說是，接著他便要我把我硬碟給他看看是否為聯強保固。
他看一看外殼，就冷冷地說：「先生，這不是我們保固的。」
我回答，外接盒不是，可是裡面硬碟是啊。
他接著冷冷地說：「那請你把硬碟外殼打開。」
我打開拿給他看，他看了看，
他接著冷冷地說：「先生你這顆硬碟只保固到八月，你要拿去希捷。」
正當我想問要怎麼拿的時候，他就說：「你可以在網路上看要怎麼送過去。」
接著他就忙他的，我只好默默的離開。
其實過保了，我覺得聯強沒有要幫我修的義務，
但難道態度不能好一點嗎？
如果硬碟裡面沒有重要的資料，現在硬碟這麼便宜，買一顆新的就好，
我只是想知道硬碟可能出了什麼問題，裡面資料還有沒有得救。
但就在小姐冷冷地帶點防衛性的語言中，讓我失望的離開了，唉。
我應該不會再買聯強保固的東西了......
