如題,本次送修電腦,華碩的客服說會先確認報價才決定是否維修

雖然下一次還是會買ROG的產品,但是這個客服真的該檢討,如果連部門同調都做不到那乾?
如果沒有辦法保證的就不要保證(例如會在我允許的時間點內打電話給我)(結果最後什麼都沒有)
只能說使用體驗極佳,售後體驗極差
