華碩電腦是不是把我當塑膠?ROG 2080 - 3C

先說不是我要黑華碩,我本身也有很多的華碩產品,
板卡也只認ROG這個牌子,
因為舊電腦的關係吧用了7年的M5F都沒出問題,之前的1060、1070也都很好,
只是自從買了這張卡真的搞得我心力憔悴,反映給華碩客服也只是
"嗯..我有在聽我會幫您註記",
簡單來說顧客上訴的管道介於有跟沒有之間,電話反映意見在客服端就會被先擋下來。
不要成立客訴就不會有客訴大概是華碩客服教育訓練的內容吧。

反修:驅動請用華碩網站驅動,不要裝NVIDIA最新的驅動,那是給公版卡用的。

四修 2019/5/12 花屏
反修:更換顯卡
五修 2019/5/21 顯卡黑屏,自己測試到一半有燒焦味且供電孔有燒焦痕跡
反修:測試正常沒看到燒焦原件退回 GX750自己認賠 買了一顆AX850 Titanium
六修 2019/5/23 二次送修 顯卡pin燒焦很明顯並提供我拍的照片
反修:更換顯卡

說實在的,到八修我才來電蝦發文就看的出來我對ROG多有信仰了

故事是這樣的 這張華碩ROG Strix RTX 2080 O8G大概是 2019/1購入,註冊五年保到2024
/1,三星顆粒,
因顯卡用了很久的1060想一次來個有感的,
那時候還不知道甚麼2080雪花的災情(沒刻意去查),
3/21就收到了,上機之後就是盡情的跑RTX demo跟Apex、Pubg之類的遊戲,
完全沉浸在買高端顯卡的爽感之中,可惜好景不常,雖然沒有遇到雪花,
但玩沒幾個小時就會黑屏,當初以為是顯卡驅動問題,更新了很多次都無效,
因為平常上班很忙,九點下班回家後弄一弄也只有一小段時間大概晚上十點到凌晨兩點能
跟老朋友玩幾場,最後真的受不了了還是先換成之前留下來的1060把2080送修。
以下就把目前我還記得起來的送修紀錄列出來,可能會有點出入因為多到快記不得了
第一次送修2019/3/21

這天我休假,直奔高雄建國皇家,因為我都習慣把發生問題的當下拍照或錄影
並出示給客服人員看,反映的是打APEX會凍結,櫃台服務人員就要個資料開維修單
這樣,原本以為可能兩三天就會回來吧,沒想到一送就是一個禮拜,
打給客服查詢就是 "還在維修檢測中" 最後的處理方式我記得是測試正常原件返回。
送了一禮拜這樣的結果我當然無法接受,
因為是請他們郵寄到家的我就又跑去皇家送一次。

第二次送修2020/3/26

這次是二修,因為1060都沒事為甚麼就2080會凍結這點真的無法理解,送了一禮拜單子上
寫了一句"檢測正常"就退回來我不知道是甚麼概念,講完以後櫃台小姐就,
"謝謝",開單就走了。大概又過了一個禮拜都沒有通知,每次都是我主動打電話去詢問,
大概隔幾天卡回來了,寫有可能過熱所以更換散熱膏,我整個就又火起來了,
顯卡過熱我會不知道嗎,我也是有再開OSD,東西就是有問題為甚麼客戶送了兩次
不先換一張你們確定正常的卡,我這樣一個禮拜跑一次當我白癡嗎?

第三次送修 好像還是四月吧
這次送修前有特別打去皇家請工程師說明,皇家說會請人回電,大概過了一天吧,
是有打電話過來了,工程師想詢問我灌的驅動是哪一版,
我說NVIDIA最新的版本跟前兩個版本我都灌過了,結果工程師的回答真的沒有讓我失望,
他說建議用他們官網的驅動不要裝最新的,畢竟STRIX也不是公版卡,
官方驅動是給公版卡用的華碩的特製卡都有變更過設計所以驅動要用他們"測試"過才不會
有問題,聽到這邊我也是笑笑的回說,NVIDIA的晶片到你手上就要用你們家的驅動
才不會出事,那我簡單提一個問題好了,你們官方驅動更新的那麼慢,
我要玩戰地風雲五這種強制規定驅動要幾版以上的遊戲要怎麼玩? 等你華碩更新嗎?
工程師想了想,說了一句是這樣沒錯啦,不然這樣你先試試看我們官網提供的驅動,
如果不行我在安排幫你換卡可以嗎,
這樣我跟上面也比較好交代,當初我的回答是 好,就信你一次,
結局呢,當然還是凍結
然後過了一個禮拜顯卡回來了換了一張良品,看了一下是美光顆粒,我已經不管甚麼顆粒
了太歲也去安了,結果還修過了大概一禮拜左右,玩GTA新手教學都還沒打完就直接,
重開機直接解析度直接800*600,進PE也是破圖。

這次就是破圖,沒什麼好說的了,拿去皇家小姐看了一下我給她的照片留資料開單,
我當場說我想說的是,已經送四次了吧? 都沒有修好,小姐說您這樣算是二修哦,
因為有換卡過,我這時候已經不想爭論是幾修了,反正就是沒處理好,
跑了四次沒處理好,第一批有問題然後燒機燒不出來的卡是不是一直在你們所謂
的良品池裡面跟其他消費者玩1換1的遊戲我不知道,
我就只是花個兩萬多塊想好好的跟朋友玩遊戲很難嗎?
然後也是過了大概一個多禮拜顯卡回來了,這次是一張看起來修過的良品卡,反正我覺得
已經夠雖了,應該不會再雖下去了,結果這次遇到的現象更獨特了,
玩到一半會黑屏然後風扇100%運轉,這次我就自己測看燒機是不是真的測不出來,
我用的是STAR WARS RTX的demo,一直重複撥放重複撥放,
果然還是會黑屏,但機率真的是很低唯一的一次沒錄到影所以就放著讓它繼續跑,
結果可能也累了躺著就睡著了,結果睡到一半聞到燒塑膠的味道,
我整個被嚇醒跑去聞電腦結果味道超重而且demo還在跑,我嚇到直接把延長線跟UPS拔了
,
我用手去摸顯卡沒很熱,然後摸供電的地方直接被燙到,等冷卻一點下來以後我把6+2pin
拔下來看了一下,嗯,融化了,我的power是酷媽的GX750,
也不知道為甚麼就是左邊被融化了,這張卡還開的了機,
但就是一直有個燒焦味我也不敢再用了。

第五次送修2019/5/21
這次我又跑去皇家,跟小姐告知我的卡差點燒起來,旁邊的送修客人也看了看這邊,華碩
的小姐表示看不到插孔有燒毀痕跡,因為我其實對拍照有一點點研究所以我把熔毀的地方
打光對焦拍得很清楚,出示給小姐看以後他就貼了一個紅色箭頭貼紙在6+2pin那邊,
然後一樣開單給我說謝謝。
這次我也懶的催了你們要玩多久你們自己玩,大概又過了一個禮拜,
卡回來了各位猜猜維修單上寫甚麼,"測試正常",你敢寫我還不敢用咧,
還整個箱子都是那個焦味,我直接打去皇家說,這裡面都燒焦了也給你們小姐看了,
你原件退回來我敢用嗎? 如果我當初睡得更熟沒有醒呢? 我是不是家裡直接火災?
打了客服皇家叫工程師回電並說要客訴,結果都是被擋下來,
最後有一位Allen Lee聯繫我說會在請工廠那邊的師傅傳照片給他看是甚麼情況,
後來說工廠那邊的師父給他的照片她看了一下也都沒看到燒焦的痕跡問我能否提供照片,
這時我心想,你一個大企業收到一張客人反映有燒焦的卡然後你們也沒有用專業器具或是
顯微鏡甚麼的看一下,就說沒事丟回來,反正我就跟她要了mail寄了上面那張圖給他,
信中我還註明可以的話請把你們工廠拍的照片也給我看看,我想開開眼界,
收報信他看了一下說確實拍得很清楚,說:我們師傅也沒那麼專業啦你還有打光咧~
我說你方便傳給我看你們怎麼拍的嗎,他說就是用手機拍的滿模糊的啦,這樣我明白了,
你幫我送到建國皇家跟他們說一串"神秘代碼",
這邊我幫你個案處理,我心想也只能這樣了就又去了一趟。

第六次送修 2019/5/23
這是就是來送上次給我退回來的卡
然後又過了一禮拜根據那位先生的說法是說因為要換給你的卡沒通過測試的關係
所以要再幫我申請一張之類的,所以會久一點,
照三餐送修的我當下已經無所謂了,又過了5天左右吧查詢時發現已經寄出,
並提供了一串物流碼,查詢各大快遞都查不到,
因為印象中華碩都是用新竹物流的樣子,打去問了也沒這筆單號,
首先我打去客服他說要打去皇家問,我打去皇家皇家說只要卡後送離開他們
那邊以後就不歸他們管,然後我就又打去問那位先生說工廠的物流狀況他看不到,
要再幫我問問,過了大概4~5個小時他說

我當下的反應就是 不管你們內部怎樣,把我的卡找出來就對了,
跟這兩個禮拜的保固期間你要怎麼賠我?
那位先生說這次確實是他們的問題會先幫我找卡,之後也會幫我延長,
最後有沒有延長我也不知道。
過了幾天顯卡估計是找到了也配達我家了,看了一下 嗯 換了一張良品,
還有一個神奇的地方,完修單上面用立可帶塗掉了一串字
"經檢測沒有問題"
該不會根本不是不見,而是沒溝通好又原件退回跑去物流那邊追回去吧?
以上只是我夢到的應該沒那麼巧吧。

至於燒掉的GX750我當然不敢再用也不想跟華碩求償,所以自己默默換了一個,
因為這次差點火燒的關係至今丟沒查清楚所以我也就先不敢買銅牌power了,
做了一下功課沒在管預算選了海盜的AX850鈦金,

第七次送修2019/12/10

沒錯我又來送修了,看youtube影片時花屏了原本以為是youtube的問題,
後來用googlemap逛街景的時候也花屏,到皇家以後我也不想跟他們廢話了,
反正客戶的意見在最基層的客服就會被擋下來,想找主管也找不到
站在消費者這邊只能送修等完修而已。
過了一個禮拜顯卡回來了,這次工單上面寫著更換DRAM,
你有沒有換我不知道因為拆顯卡看等等又沒保固,
反正總有修好測試過了吧? 回來用著用著是都沒什麼問題,
因為最近都很忙所以回家也不太用電腦,直到2020/3/5日,
下圖各為自己看吧,然後之後就再也打不開了。

第八次送修2020/3/5
這天我剛好放假,好好的一個休假日怎麼不能不去皇家散散心呢? 我這樣想著,
過去以後告知小姐又花屏了,程序如何我都快背起來了,小姐還提醒我說
已經是二修了嗎,我說我已經記不清了,你幫我看一下上次是甚麼問題,
他的回答竟然是APEX會凍結,我回家查之前的維修單也都查不到了,
是刻意被消除記錄了還是怎樣我不知道,直到3/9號有打電話去皇家俱樂部詢問狀況,
查詢後告知還在檢測中,
明知道沒人會聽但我還是反應了一次,也是我這次來全國最大客服中心分享的原因,
我就直接說了,我想反應意見,從我買這張卡到現在一年多,我就是一直在跑送修,
都快成為休假的例行公事了,
無論是花屏還是熔毀,我也都有給你們看圖片、影片了,
但還是都要二修以上你們才願意換,中間浪費那麼多時間,
都換了四五次有了每次回來沒多久就又壞掉,真的當我時間很多嗎?
會多花錢去選ROG STRIX系列就是覺得高階卡一定品質好才感喊這個價格,
如果真的好我也願意多花錢,結果你們給我這種品質的卡、這種品質的維修,
那我怎麼不乾脆買鼓風扇版本或TUF版本就好,我真的是對你們的產品很失望,
如果你們那一整批等著給客人換的維修卡,是第一批生產出來的產物,那就不要再換給我
了,不要再浪費我的時間。
客服還是一樣, "好的! 我會幫您反應",然後就都沒下文了。
今天是3/11日查詢進度依舊是檢測中,也沒有人回電給我,有消息我會繼續更新。

因為這次差點火燒的關係至今丟沒查清楚所以我也就先不敢買銅牌power了,
做了一下功課沒在管預算選了海盜的AX850鈦金,

沒錯我又來送修了,看youtube影片時花屏了原本以為是youtube的問題,
後來用googlemap逛街景的時候也花屏,到皇家以後我也不想跟他們廢話了,
反正客戶的意見在最基層的客服就會被擋下來,想找主管也找不到
站在消費者這邊只能送修等完修而已。
過了一個禮拜顯卡回來了,這次工單上面寫著更換DRAM,
你有沒有換我不知道因為拆顯卡看等等又沒保固,
反正總有修好測試過了吧? 回來用著用著是都沒什麼問題,
因為最近都很忙所以回家也不太用電腦,直到2020/3/5日,
下圖各為自己看吧,然後之後就再也打不開了。

第八次送修2020/3/5
這天我剛好放假,好好的一個休假日怎麼不能不去皇家散散心呢? 我這樣想著,
過去以後告知小姐又花屏了,程序如何我都快背起來了,小姐還提醒我說
已經是二修了嗎,我說我已經記不清了,你幫我看一下上次是甚麼問題,
他的回答竟然是APEX會凍結,我回家查之前的維修單也都查不到了,
是刻意被消除記錄了還是怎樣我不知道,直到3/9號有打電話去皇家俱樂部詢問狀況,
查詢後告知還在檢測中,
明知道沒人會聽但我還是反應了一次,也是我這次來全國最大客服中心分享的原因,
我就直接說了,我想反應意見,從我買這張卡到現在一年多,我就是一直在跑送修,
都快成為休假的例行公事了,
無論是花屏還是熔毀,我也都有給你們看圖片、影片了,
但還是都要二修以上你們才願意換,中間浪費那麼多時間,
都換了四五次有了每次回來沒多久就又壞掉,真的當我時間很多嗎?
會多花錢去選ROG STRIX系列就是覺得高階卡一定品質好才感喊這個價格,
如果真的好我也願意多花錢,結果你們給我這種品質的卡、這種品質的維修,
那我怎麼不乾脆買鼓風扇版本或TUF版本就好,我真的是對你們的產品很失望,
如果你們那一整批等著給客人換的維修卡,是第一批生產出來的產物,那就不要再換給我
了,不要再浪費我的時間。
客服還是一樣, "好的! 我會幫您反應",然後就都沒下文了。
今天是3/11日查詢進度依舊是檢測中,也沒有人回電給我,有消息我會繼續更新。
